Welcome to Queenswood United. My name is Ed Gratton, and it has been my privilege to be the minister of this congregation for 9 years now. My family has enjoyed being a part of the Queenswood family. In so many different ways, the church has been a place of belonging for us all.

My wife Kim, sings in two choirs, and is an active member of the Women's Book Club and the Catering Committee. She is involved in all three, because these groups are about welcoming, and making you feel like you belong with them. Our children Joey and Katie enjoy Sunday School very much, as well as singing with the Praise Team on Sunday Mornings.

As for me, it's wonderful working with a group of people who truly understand the divine meaning of the word joy. No matter what I am doing: preaching on Sunday morning, visiting in someone's home, singing with the choir, engaging in Bible Study, reflecting on God's Spirit in our lives, getting together with some men on Tuesday nights or Saturday mornings, helping out at a catering event, shoveling compost, and yes, even at a church meeting, Queenswood United lives with divine joy. They breathe it in and they share it openly, because we want all who come into our church to experience that joy, to believe they are welcomed and to know they belong.
